Hostel OS is a "pet-friendly" Hostel that accepts dogs up to 20 kg, and a maximum of two dogs per room with a total weight of 40 kg.

The price for a dog's overnight stay includes a welcome package that will be handed over to you upon arrival and check-in at the Hostel OS. The welcome package includes special benefits for your pet: cot, water and food containers with pad, door marking and information on local pet stores, dog beautification salons and veterinarians. The crib, food bowls and dog coaster are only available for use during your stay at the Hostel and are owned by the Hostel OS.
It is necessary to inform the Hostel about the stay of the dog/dogs when booking the accommodation or no later than three days before arrival at the Hostel OS.
The owner is obligated to take dogs certificates of immunization.
For the convenience of other guests of the Hostel, dogs are not allowed into the so-called Social Room. This rule does not apply to guide dogs and assistance dogs who are allowed to enter all parts of the Hostel OS.
When staying or passing through the lobby or public spaces and premises of the Hostel, dogs must be on a leash or in a pet carrier.
Dogs can be left alone and unattended in Hostel rooms if they behave themselves. If you plan to leave the dog unattended in the room, you are obligated to inform the Hostel Reception and put the resulting tag on the door of the room by the Hostel: "Please do not enter. Even though we're out, our dog's in the room resting." However, if your dog interferes with other guests or hostel staff, then he cannot be left alone in the room without the supervision of the owner.
The owner is obligated to be present in the room if the Hostel staff member is in the room for any justified reason. Cleaning the room must be arranged at the time when the dog is not in the room or when it is in the room with the dog and its owner.
Dog owners are responsible for their pets as well as for any damage caused by their dog's actions in the form of physical injury caused to a person and in case of any damage to the Hostel's property, and are obligated to sign the Declaration of Consent when checking into the Hostel OS.
If extraordinary cleaning is required as a result of your dog's stay in the room or if damage has occurred, Hostel OS is authorized to charge for additional services and repairs.
It is the obligation of the owner to prevent the occurrence of any disturbances that may result in complaints from other guests or staff of the Hostel. If your dog interferes with other guests of the Hostel, the Hostel Management has the right to ask you to leave the Hostel without the right to a refund. If your dog is considered dangerous, or there is a risk that it may harm or intimidate other guests of the Hostel OS, the Hostel Management has the discretion to remove the dog from the Hostel.
Taking into account the other guests in the Hostel, please remove all waste that arises from your dog in the indoor rooms and outdoors of the Hostel OS.
